No Good Pizza Places in D.C.?
In a stunning display of arrogance, the Obamas flew a pizza maker 860 miles to bake pizzas for the family and staff.
Oh, I guess Gibbs will tell us that Shasha and Malia paid for it all with their allowance money, too.
What is “How can you tell if Barry is lying?”

I don’t live in one of those places like you see on Create TV. You know, your P. Allen Smith’s Garden Home, The Victory Garden, etc. Places with lush beds of perennials and annuals. I wish I did. And if I did I would plant pansies. Every good garden ought to have at least one pansy. They are so colorful and whimisical. They make one smile.
Pansies are great in the garden, but they don’t do well in the Oval office. At least not as far as I have seen.
Not the good people whose lifestyle and livelihoods depend on Polihale State Park.
It seems that when severe flooding washed out an access road into the park, state bureaucrats said even if they did have the money for the repairs, it would take 2 years – and $14 million dollars.
The community rallied resources and got the job done themselves – in EIGHT DAYS!
Today’s government and the politicians involved are so arrogant (yes, they are) as to think that they are the end-all be-all to us citizens; that we need Uncle SamNanny to take care of all apects of our lives.
I say, “Obama, stop perpetrating this lie amongst the citizens of this country, and get the hell out of our way so WE can get moving with the business of this fine (yes I said it – this FINE) country and our economy!”
‘Grassroots’ letter campaign smells of fertilizer – Letter purported to be written by a local resident turns out to be from a major liberal lobbying firm. Personally, if I was the person whose name was on that letter, I would report them…
Tasked by the FBI to provide “informational analysis” on conditions which could be construed as potentially harmful to civil order and national security, InfraGard, of the FBI’s National Infrastructure Protection Center (NIPC), issued an unclassified Protective Intelligence Communication report in March 2009 regarding the “crescendo” of public concern about Obama’s presidential eligibility.
I hope the irony of this group of headlines is not lost on conservatives and pragmatists. Honestly, I think the FoxNews.com editorial staff is slick enough to have configured these headlines purposefully.
1. “NO U.N. DECISION ON NORTH KOREA” – Really. What decision can we really expect the U.N. to make? History tells us that they might write a letter asking that North Korea please, pretty please, don’t shoot off their silly rockets again. Yeah, right.
2. “Obama: Nuke Free World” – From where I sit, the North Koreans, along with the Iranians are quickly getting ready to do just that: NUKE THE FREE WORLD. Okay, Barry, I’ll just let you in on one thing: wishing for a nuke-free world does not make it so, but if you want I’ll have a horn strapped to a pony so the girls can have a unicorn.
3. “Geithner: Government May Pick Execs” - Hmmmm…this one was really a bonus. If the governement starts picking execs, and have as much success as with the Cabinet, then go ahead, North Korea. Nuke us. We’ll be better off.
There has been a call for the Congressional Judiciary committee to investigate the actions of ACORN according to an article on One News Now.

A Republican congressman is welcoming a proposal recently voiced by House Judiciary Committee chairman John Conyers to hold hearings into the activities of the controversial group ACORN.
The Washington Times recently reported that Conyers, a Michigan Democrat and a fierce partisan, suggested a congressional probe after scathing testimony about ACORN — the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
The testimony before the Judiciary Committee by Pittsburgh attorney Heather Heidelbaugh accused the nonprofit group of violating tax, campaign finance, and other laws by, among other things, sharing with the Barack Obama campaign a list of maxed-out campaign donors so ACORN could use it to solicit them for a get-out-the vote drive.
She also testified that ACORN provided liberal causes with protest-for-hire services and coerced donations from the targets of demonstrations through a shakedown it called the “muscle for the money” program.
Conyers called the accusations “a pretty serious matter.” However, Congressman Steve King (R-Iowa), who is a member of the Judiciary Committee, says getting a Democrat-led Congress to investigate ACORN is going to be difficult.
“John Conyers clearly called for a hearing to investigate ACORN,” King shares. “And he got pushback from the chairman of the Constitution subcommittee, Jerry Nadler [D-New York], who said [he would] consider an investigation when there’s credible evidence.”
According to King, Conyers argued there was already credible evidence — a witness who has testified under oath and has succeeded in getting a partial injunction against ACORN.
So while King says he supports the idea of an investigation of ACORN, so far no hearing has been scheduled.

In my opinion, ACORN is no less than an organized crime enterprise, but regardless of my opinion, we as taxpayers deserve to know if our tax dollars are being used for illegal activites.
We need to give Mr. Conyers a bit of positive reinforcement by thanking him:

And light a fire under Nadler to get the ball rolling on the hearings:

Further, if you have the time, contact each and very member of the Judiciary committee:

Lights, cameras…ACTION! Congressional representative better get their Screen Actors Guild card on the way, because they are putting on quite a show over the AIG bonuses. A farce, really…
Dear (Representative’s Name),
There’s quite a revolving door of broken promises of transparency by this administration & majority members of Congress.
I am firmly against the irresponsible spending in this bill, but it is unconscionable to ram it through, allowing only a few hours for review when a full 48 hours had been promised.
But it is more important that Nancy Pelosi make her flight, isn’t it? I hope the Pope is preparing a first-class ticket to a very warm place for Pelosi.
Tepid Regards,
Donna Dunn

Chief Justice John Roberts agreed to hear my case Lightfoot v Bowen, challenging eligibility for presidency of Barack Hussein Obama. He distributed the case to the full conference of the Supreme Court. The timing of this decision by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, John Roberts, is absolutely remarkable. On January 7, one day before the January 8 vote by Congress and Senate, whether to approve or object to the electoral vote of Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, as president of the United States, Chief Justice Roberts is sending a message to them, telling them to Hold on, not so fast, there is value in this case, read it.
4/6/09 Update: FBI InfraGard warns of a crescendo of public concern about Obama’s eligibility
Read the text as this one plays. Barack owes WHOLE bunch of people favors. Why else is he “changing” Washington with a bunch of retreads? I am surprised he has not appointed Ayers to Homeland Security.
