OMMISSION: Hasn’t come forward publicly to admit responsibility.

“This hearing is about the political lynching of Franklin Raines.”

I will not even comment on this man’s comment.

OMMISSION: Hasn’t come forward publicly to admit responsibility.

“Through nearly a dozen hearings where, frankly, we were trying to fix something that wasn’t broke.”

Mr. Chairman, we do not have a crisis at Freddie Mac, and particularly at Fannie Mae, under the outstanding leadership of Mr. Frank Raines.

Waters was drinking something other than water.

OMMISSION: Hasn’t come forward publicly to admit responsibility.

“Uh, and so, uh, I wish I could sit here and say that I’m not upset with you, but I am very upset because, you know, what you do is give, you know, maybe giving any reason to, as Mr. Gonzales said, to give someone a heart surgery when they really don’t need it.”

I think he needs Brain Surgery.

Are journalists playing favorites with some of the key political figures involved with regulatory oversight of U.S. financial markets?

MSNBC’s Chris Matthews launched several vitriolic attacks on the Republican Party on his Sept. 17, 2008, show, suggesting blame for Wall Street problems should be focused in a partisan way. However, he and other media have failed to thoroughly examine the Democratic side of the blame game.

Queen Nancy Pelosi (D-California)

Queen Nancy Pelosi

Wannabe Queen Nancy Pelosi

I will have to admit, every since I heard about her politics, I have disliked Nancy Pelosi. Here of late, my dislike has peaked. I dislike her now mostly because she is such a liar.

She screeched incessantly that it was George Bush’s policies, as though just saying it enough would make it true.

Never has she or one of her “underlings” told the truth: The Democrats hold the most culpability in this issue!

Even Satruday Night Live comically indicated that the Democrats were responsible. Brilliant!

Now for the Liar’s Hall of Shame
