In the Wake of Japan: Where are the IEAE’s Priorities?

I am as pro- nuclear energy as anyone can be. But I think the whole world places too much faith in these agencies that are under the UN umbrella. This was the home page of the IEAE web site as of January 27, 2010. Question: Aren’t there other agencies handling this issue?
