Who spoke these words to a nation of believers?

“No human counsel hath devised, nor hath any mortal hand worked out these great things. They are the gracious gifts of the most high God, who while dealing with us in anger for our sins, hath nevertheless remembered mercy. … I do, therefore, invite my fellow citizens … to set apart and observe the last Thursday of November next as a day of thanksgiving and praise to our beneficent Father, who dwelleth in the heavens. And I recommend to them that, while offering up the ascriptions justly due to him for such singular deliverances and blessings, they do also, with humble penitence for our national perverseness and disobedience, commend to his tender care all those who have become widows, orphans, mourners or sufferers in the lamentable civil strife in which we are unavoidably engaged and fervently implore the interposition of the almighty hand to heal the wounds of the nation and to restore it, as soon as may be consistent with the divine purposes, to the full enjoyment of peace, harmony, tranquility and union.”

Shine it Up, Put it in the Window and See if it Sells

“Last weekend, Obama said he asked his economic advisers to come up with a plan to “create” 2.5 million jobs, which his advisers later said was really a plan to “create and preserve” 2.5 million jobs. That’s more than a difference in semantics; it’s a difference in expectations…” – Donald Lambro

Obama continues to decieve the American people, leaving it to his lackeys (the ones he calls “advisors”) to clean up his messes and explain to the masses “what he really meant was…” I would sooner believe Geoge Bush saying that the government of the Bahamas was developing WMD’s than ObamaBuffoon saying he’s going to “create” 2.5 million jobs.

Obama: Honor your Commitments as a Man!

I came across a an article on a blog that is yet another example of Obamas crimes of false compassion.

An quote excerpt from the article:

“Senator Obama has not honoured the promises he gave me when we met in 2006 and in his earlier letter to the school. He has not given us even one shilling.”

Indeed the Emperor has no clothes…

Anti-Gay Tolerance – A Definition

I sent a someone an article on some truly despicable things that were being done by a gay and lesbian group in the name of “tolerance.” I heard tell that this person thought that the article was “creepy.” This person obviously did not read the article, because the article was not was not what was so ”creepy.” No, what is “creepy” is what these groups are doing, and the fact that Barack Obama vows undying support to them and their cause.

My clueless friend responded with:

Niche Markets – On the Brink of Extinction

Yesterday I read an article on TownHall.com entitled The eHarmony Shakedown” (Michelle Malkin – Friday, November 21, 2008). I woke up this morning thinking to myself – the transformation is nearly complete…

We all have the right not only to access niche markets, but to establish our own niche market. That is what makes our economy – and our lives – so rich and vibrant with diversity (remember that word?).

Church, State and Constitutional Anathema

Posted by admin on under Civil Rights - An Ironic View, Religion & Truth, Ummm - Your Intolerance is Showing! | Be the First to Comment

For years, the Separation of Church and State issue has been gnawed on even though there is absolutely no such provision in the Constitution of the United States of America.

The “Establishment” clause reads:

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof.”

The current courts’ interpretation has twisted this clause in such a way that the clause is anathema to itself.  It’s like that commericial that is on TV… Guy walks into a dry cleaner with a shirt and tells the attendant “I want it starched and not starched.” The attendent asks, “what part do you want starched and what part do your want not starched?” The man replies “All of it.”

How Obama Got Elected

Posted by admin on November 18, 2008 under Objective Journalism is Dead, Voter Mentality | Be the First to Comment

On November 4th, 2008 millions of Americans were shocked that a man of Barack Obama’s limited experience, extreme liberal positions and radical political alliances could be elected President of the United States. For many of these Americans, the explanation was rather simple… the news media, completely enamored with Obama, simply refused to do their job.

On Election day twelve Obama voters were interviewed extensively right after they voted to learn how the news media impacted their knowledge of what occurred during the campaign. These voters were chosen for their apparent intelligence/verbal abilities and willingness to express their opinions to a large audience. The rather shocking video below seeks to provide some insight into which information broke through the news media clutter and which did not.

All of this was conducted for a forthcoming documentary on how the news media impacted the 2008 election. Please get on our mailing list and return to this website in the coming months for more information on the film, “Media Malpractice… How Obama Got Elected”

Protestors of Proposition 8 in California (the marriage amendment) shoved aside a 69-year-old woman who was bearing a cross. They reportedly spit on her and stomped on her cross. They then aligned themselves in a human barricade, blocking the media from getting to or interviewing the woman.

Catholic support for Obama presents problems for church

Rachel Zoll – Associated Press Writer – 11/11/2008 12:05:00 PM

BALTIMORE – U.S. Roman Catholic bishops, meeting a week after the election, are re-examining how they explain church teaching after President-elect Obama, who supports abortion rights, won a majority of Catholic votes.

During the campaign, many bishops had spoken out on abortion more forcefully than they had in 2004, telling Catholic politicians and voters that abortion should be the most important consideration in setting policy and deciding which candidate to back.

Send Your Children to D.C. Public Schools, Mr. President-Elect

Barack and Michelle Obama are poised to commit a classic act of limousine-liberal hypocrisy — in this case, turning their backs on tens of thousands of inner-city kids in Washington, D.C.

Public schools, it seems, are good enough for poor and middle-class families, but not for rich families like the Obamas…

The Sheer Idiocy of Following Youth Movements

By Ben Shapiro

Greg Campbell is an obscure writer for the Fort Collins, Colo. But on Oct. 26, he penned what serves as the perfect window into the mind of many Barack Obama supporters. Campbell attended an Obama rally with his 11-year-old son, Turner. Turner was excited by Obamas typical American Dream stump speech. Campbell himself was excited not by Obama, but by his sons reaction: For me, (Obamas message) sunk in because I could see it through the eyes of an 11-year-old.

We have reached a dangerous point in American politics when parents take their voting cues from 11-year-old children…
